These terms are a structural placeholder for strait.sg. They do not govern a live marketplace, a live hotel programme, or a live sale. Catalogue works are demonstration inventory. Hotel names are example partners only.

When STRAIT opens to the public, this page will set out eligibility, title transfer, GST treatment in Singapore, and the role of STRAIT as marketplace — not as an auctioneer.
